I run a fast-growing software agency and I’m ready to bring on motivated cold callers who can turn a list of prospects into booked meetings on my calendar. The compensation structure is simple: a guaranteed $40 for every full day you dial, plus a commission on every qualified appointment that converts. What the job looks like • You’ll be calling business owners across the U.S. (mostly small and mid-sized) to introduce our custom software and automation services and secure a discovery call with me. • The success metric is straightforward—set qualified appointments, note them in our CRM, and hand them off. • I’ll supply the lead lists and a proven call flow. If you have your own style that fits the brief, great; if not, you can follow mine word-for-word. Tools & workflow We work with a cloud dialer (Mojo or similar), Google Workspace, and HubSpot CRM. Please be comfortable jumping between those quickly and keeping concise notes after each conversation. Ideal experience Previous phone sales or appointment-setting work is a major plus, especially in SaaS or digital services. Clear spoken English, resilience after rejections, and reliable daily availability are must-haves. Deliverables 1. Minimum of 100 outbound dials per day 2. At least 3 qualified appointments booked daily 3.
