We are the authorized personnel’s to recruit and monitor the call centers for Blue tone outbound sales process in INDIA. We are looking for the centers who can start the work with min of 15 seats. The details regarding the project is attached with this mail.
We are into selling of Long Distance and International calling services in CANADA, USA and Australia, This is very easy sales process as we need not to take any confidential information from customers. Rates are very competitive, and also we don’t charge anything as for activation and as monthly rental. It’s a postpaid service.
We are also providing the calling minutes, leads and other require software’s to our call centers for running the process.
Few details regarding the project-
Project Name: Blue Tone Telecom Outbound sales process
Details are as follows-
Calling Zone: USA, Canada, Australia (Can call in any of these regions)
Minimum Number of Seats: 15 Seats
Pay-out: 20 USD per Active sale + 3% of Usages Bonus (payment directly to centre)
Payment Term: every 15 days (Min 10 active sales for a Billing)
Dialler, Calling Minutes. & leads, online portal (CRM/Deal Maker) will be provided by company.

Support and Training: Online and offline Training, full time online support will be available through supervisors and other company representatives.
Note: It’s a direct agreement with company, no third party involved.

This letter is a response to your advertisement in Freelancer that appeared on 28 March 2012.
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. I have worked as a Telemarketer at Citibank after I graduated in school. After which, I was given the position of a Supervisor to the same company-Citibank. My supervisory position lasted for a year and a half and IBM Daksh asked me to work for them. I worked as a Unit Manager for IBM Daksh for almost four (4) years and decided to create and mold new talents in the business of call center, thus, MKZ Business Solutions is created.
MKZ Communications is a group of call center agents (technical support agents and customer service representatives) that supports Inbound and Outbound campaign. We also assist people who needs support with their Data Entries.
