We require someone to answer inbound phone calls for us between the hours of 23:00 GMT until 0700 GMT, Monday - Friday. These are phone calls from people interested in our services. Your job will be to explain what the service is and to help people who want to make payment for it. We will provide phone scripts for you to use. We will also give you database access so you can access customer files.
We can setup our phone system to redirect phone calls to your own landline number. It is very important that you have a neutral accent or ideally can speak with an Australian accent.
