The ideal candidate will have a proven track record to work with minimal supervision; be efficient and proactive in completing tasks; be flexible Problem-solving skills that go above and beyond their line of work You are responsible for handling calls over the phone entirely & solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. Ability to switch your communication style on a whim. Excellent Analytical, Interpersonal skills & Attention to detail. Advanced computer skills on MS Office specially MS-EXCEL, Accounting software and Databases.
