Following the launch and the highly successful sales of the Investment Land for Sale at Wickford Park, near London. Target Land [[url removed, login to view]] are looking to expand its sales to a worldwide audiance.
We have a great opportunity for a Business Development Manager/Company who will be handling our sales Worldwide. This is a pay for performance opportunity with high commissions paid for top performers. We are seeking Agents that can provide CLOSED deals, not prospects. You must be able to close the deal.
You should be confident to organise and set up Sales Agents offering our land for sale. You will be there to guide, coach and mentor the sales teams, maintaining interaction with clients and overseeing sales activities, putting the client first with complete respect and transparency. You will reporting to senior stakeholders, including the Managing Director and other members of Knox Horizons [[url removed, login to view]].
Your Personal/Company Requirements
* Personal & Interpersonal Skills
* Negotiating and sales methods/skills
* Cross border/Wordwide sales experience is a must
* Minimum of five years Business Development experience
* Investment/Banking/Property or parallel industry experience
* To be a proficient computer user is a must, this will help us both
* Comfortable engaging with and presenting to high net worth individuals
* A minimum of five years proven track record of working within a target driven, sales and marketing environment.
Proven Sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive and excellent communication skills at all [url removed, login to view] will be focused primarily on the generation and development of new business relationships with key investment players Worldwide. The primary focus of the role will be to grow revenue streams, as well as manage current and new client relationships and portfolios, you will be working from your own premises.
Breakdown of Responsibilities:
This will include advertising for clients, contacting client, educating client on the land for sale, collecting payment information, getting agreement signed with the client, and having client forward essential documentation to our legal department.
Our legal team will process all payments, process sale, distribute to the registered authorities, then follow up with a welcome call, fulfilling the services outlined in our Service Agreement.
