Telemarketing campaign, Long Distance to ethnic markets, US

Hello bidders, I'm looking for an ethical and established telemarketing company that has experience targeting ethnic markets in the U.S. and Canada. I will be hiring you to sell an international long distance home and cell phone service from a company called Startec Global Communications. This product has been successfully marketed and sold to ethnic markets. I am offering a $15 commission per new customer acquisition, and a 2% monthly residual per customer. I am looking to acquire 200 new customers, and if your service is adequate, you may be hired for an extended campaign. You will be paid in full every two weeks via paypal. I expect you and your telemarketing agents to fully comply with the Do not call and slamming regulations. Startec and I will provide all of the necessary training for an effective campaign.
