More Sales For Rapidly Growing Firm

Fett Marketing ([url removed, login to view]) is a rapidly growing, online marketing and SEO company looking to generate leads and increase sales via telemarketing. Basic knowledge of and previous experience with selling SEO and web marketing services (social media, video, audio, web design, etc.) is preferred.

We're looking for commission-only phone sales people (project budget based on average commission pay out). Our markets are United States businesses with revenues in the $0 - $10M USD range, and in the $10M - $50M USD range. Client types you will be calling on include:

* CPA's

* Insurance Agents

* Attorneys

* Realtors

* technology companies (software / SaaS companies)

* telecom companies

* financial services companies (mortgage brokers, investment banking, private banking (i.e. - venture capitalists, private equity groups, SBICs, etc.)

You will be speaking with decision makers (i.e. CEOs, Presidents, Principals and Owners). We will provide you with phone scripts and prospecting lists. You will be cold calling a list of businesses from the yellow pages or other business directories. You must not contact businesses on the do not call list. You will be responsible for calling and securing yearly SEO service contracts.

You will be required to learn more about our services, which are listed on our website. They are very easy to sell as we typically set at least one qualified appointment per 60 – 90 minutes of calling. Our services help save our business customers up to 20% - 60% of their current advertising budgets.

General responsibilities include:

* Call potential companies and prospects

* Close sales over the phone

* Provide an overview of our services, and explain how these services can benefit the potential customer by using a “Benefit Approach”:

+ better spend your advertising dollars

+ build a lasting asset for your company (your online presence)

+ be seen by your potential customers by being on the top of Google

+ track your marketing results

+ etc.

* Obtain / update basic contact information of prospective customers (as needed)

* Make calls between 8AM-5PM Eastern / Central / Mountain / Pacific Time Zones, Monday-Friday (with a minimum of 40 total number of hours calling); the normal business hours for each time zone. We expect at least 1,000 calls to be made each week. We also expect at least 20 scheduled phone appointments each week (to be scheduled within 7 business days of the initial call).

Regardless of your results, you will be paid once all of the following have occurred:

* completed at least 1,000 phone calls each week (roughly 25 – 30 calls per hour)

* completion of all scheduled phone meetings, no later than 7 days after completion of outbound calling

It is critical that this project be approached with the finesse of low-pressure relationship-building. Absolutely no aggressive tactics are to be used. Must be excellent in both written and spoken English, reliable and honest. Must know how to use Google documents for lead management, and who take their work seriously. Interested parties should provide references and resume.


* Highly motivated salespeople with a history of above goal sales performance

* Clear unaccented English; okay to have a North American or lightly-accented British accent; all nationalities and ethnic backgrounds will be considered but the ability to communicate easily, clearly and flawlessly in English is a must

* Money motivated!

* Must have excellent sales experience and ability to build relationships

* Must have Internet and Unlimited Calling plan, or a Skype account with a headset.

* Diligent in maintaining CRM data (Google Docs spreadsheet)

* Can work from home

* Can be a call center or an independent representative (1099 only; not an employee)* * Must be able to make calls during regular business hours for that local time zone

* Must have previous success with Telesales (B2B to small / medium sized businesses)

* Must have dedicated business phone line to present professional appearance; phone lines must be clear

* Will have good attention to detail

PLEASE NOTE: we have a book series coming out in Q1 2010, and instead of hiring another virtual assistant, we would be interested in using the same firm (or person) to book guest spots on radio stations across the US (all contact information provided; these are easy, appointment setting calls as these radio shows needs guests!).


The service you will be selling is $800/month USD - $1,200/month USD, with a $1,200 set up fee; we anticipate most sales from this effort will be yearly contracts (total annual value = $9,600; monthly paid 20% commission = $160/month, per customer you close). If you sell the service at a higher price, we will pay your commission based on what the service gets booked for (i.e. - sell it for $5,000/month to a larger company, we would pay you $1,000 in commissions – each month – on that one sale). You can see how this turns into a nice annuity income for you...

Commissions will be paid based on performance. For example:

Free lance telemarketer: 20% commission per sale

Telemarketing firm: 20% commission per sale, PER AGENT

We are trying to incentivize people or companies who want to grow with us. Commissions will be paid for as long as the customer pays their invoice, up to one 12 month period. Monthly bonuses and prizes will be awarded to the individual who is the top performer each month.

Commissions will be paid via Paypal only, once per month. We will need to verify new customer accounts and ensure no returns before paying you your commission, and we gladly pay on time, for results.

The average sales team should generate at least 15 sales in the next 30 days of winning this project; ideal candidate will be able to consistently bring in 25 - 50 sales per month. Candidate / firm should be able to qualify at least 100 interested customers per month, which means you should be able to qualify / close 25 – 30 per week.

At a minimum, we need someone who is experienced and can generate at least 10 sales weekly, $80 - $120 payout per sale. This means that your personal weekly On Target Earnings will be $800 - $1,200 per week or $3,200 - $4,800 per month (this is the estimated project budget, per person).

Customers who want to buy our service will input their billing / credit card information into our order page (to be provided); we can also invoice the customer within 24 hours of receiving the order from you. We will set you / your caller(s) up with an email address.

Unlimited income potential with 100's of 1000's of businesses North America. You will be working on a self-employed basis (1099) and responsible for your own taxes, insurance, etc.
