Gracall International represents some of the largest and most well-known organizations worldwide. We are exceeding our capacity and would like to recruit centers to help us increase production. Our clients wish to conduct outbound surveys to provide vital metrics which are important factors for decision-making. We currently have 3 campaigns available. All the surveys are designated for UK residents. You may do these on separate calls, but they can be combined into a single call to maximize your potential return or be incorporated into your existing campaigns to add value.
1. Bidder must have UK residential leads to dial to. All leads must be submitted to us for de-duping prior to any attempts.
2. Bidder must have existing dialing solution to UK. All associated telco cost incurred will be handled by the Bidder.
3. Bidder must have recording equipment. Recording files are needed for each conversion submitted for auditing purpose. "Successful conversion" is only considered and paid after we have verified it.
4. All data will be recorded on excel, format will be provided.
5. Script will be provided. Bidder must follow introduction script, but may choose to be creative with the approach."
Bidder interested in this campaign may setup a trial for 100 conversions for each survey. We may lengthen the campaign or offer additional work if trial is proved successful. Multiple winners can come out of this bid.
All conversions will be audited and verified before payments are sent. Payments will be made for each of the 100 verified conversions, or at the end of each month if targets are not meet.
Client Information and Scope of Work
1. The survey is made up of 5 simple questions regarding UK resident's use of utility. There are no sales activities to be carried out. A conversion is considered when the party agrees to receive a follow up call in the future from the client. Payout for each conversion is 0.90GBP.
2. The survey contains only 1 question regarding UK residents' use of online media service. A conversion is considered when the party agrees to a free-trial of the service provided by the client. Payout for each conversion is 0.50GBP.
3. The survey has 2 simple questions regarding the use of VOIP service. A conversion is considered when the party agrees to discuss switching their Internet service for a lower cost. Payout for each conversion is 0.50GBP.
4. Bidder can combine all 3 campaigns into 1 survey/1 call.
