Virtual Assistant Position for Live Chat Paid as $/Chat
We are looking for two Virtual Assistants with great American English comprehension and writing skills to assist us with Live Chat support. Live Chat software will be provided via web access (Flash) and the chat software includes a list of canned responses that will speed up the response times and minimize typing. Some additional work may be required to answer customer inquiries and a web panel will be provided to find order shipment details.
Candidate should have excellent read/writing skills as well as great Customer Service skills. We expect extremely high-level customer support and professional, tactful communication with customers using proper grammar and American English.
This is not a dedicated position and if you have a flexible work schedule then you can multitask and work for us at the same time (in order to earn more money). We expect there to be between 10-20 chats per day based on an 8 hour schedule. Chats are normally only 2-3 responses and 80% of the responses can be covered using canned responses we have programmed into the chat tool. We are paying on a per chat basis so the more you are available online then the more you can earn. We will keep detailed information in regards to your conversations and customers will be able to rate your interaction with them so we can improve our service.
-We have two time slots: Daytime (EST) and Nighttime (EST). Please let me know which one your prefer.
1. Work any time that fits your daily work schedule.
2. Always-on high speed internet access
3. Latest version of Flash software and IE, Chrome or Firefox
4. Must sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
5. Be available via Chat tool like gTalk or MSN for training purposes and allow us to support you in real-time with outstanding questions.
6. Additional languages are a plus. Please note if you know any additional languages.
-Project may be renewed for additional postings if vendor delivers high-quality work.
-PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR COST PER CHAT BIDS BASED ON 100 CHATS.
-Generic bids will be rejected. Serious bidders only. If you cannot complete the project, please do not bid.
-Please provide us with details including your normal working days/hours in the US EST time zone. The position isn't limited to US daytime hours and we are looking for one or more provider(s) to cover 24 hours per day so we welcome any applicant that can provide a great level of customer support during times that match their available hours.
