Telegram Bot: Card, Stock & Crypto ( new )

I need a Telegram bot built from the ground up that goes well beyond basic chat automation. The core must still cover automated replies, user management, and content delivery, but the real focus is on turning the bot into a self-contained store for prepaid cards and other crypto-related items. Key flow • A buyer selects a card, the bot calls live Visa balance and bank-authorization APIs to confirm status (unused / sold, current balance, etc.). • On a successful check the user’s internal balance is debited, stock is reduced, and the card details (number, expiry, CVV) are delivered instantly inside the same chat. • If stock drops below a defined threshold the bot pings me privately. Wallet & payment handling Each Telegram user will hold an internal balance. The bot has to show that balance, maintain a full crypto top-up and transaction history, and accept balance requests that I can manually approve on-chain. Admin & monitoring I want quick commands or an inline dashboard to: – Upload new card batches – View real-time stock and sales data – Manually adjust balances when needed Acceptance Criteria 1. Automatic responses, user management, and content delivery must all operate without errors. 2. Real-time Visa card balance checks, bank authentication verification, and card validity checks should be performed through the selected API, with response times under 5 seconds. 3. When purchasing, the balance should be deducted, and after checking the card balance, if there is a discrepancy, the purchase should be canceled and the balance deduction reversed; if consistent, the purchase should be confirmed, inventory updated, and card delivery executed as a single atomic operation. 4. Low stock notifications must be sent immediately to the administrator account. 5. The internal balance ledger must always match the cryptocurrency top-up history on the chain. Build using your preferred Telegram bot framework or language. The source code must be clean and well-documented, and deployable on a standard VPS without additional license fees.
