1. Asset list - make, models, part numbers and qty's of all Video Conferencing and all Audio Visual equipment (codecs, screens, projectors, etc.)
2. Pictures of all equipment and of the room layout (lots of pictures from different angles, etc.)
3. Make a test Video Conference call and use as much of the equipment as possible to ensure in working order and document any issues
4. Check all cabling is ok (take pics if possible) and document any concerns with the cabling.
