My client is an Indian restaurant/food caterer in Sydney. My client has requested me to apply to and get a "GOLD LICENSE required for caterers' in Australia
1. As a part of this submission, a Food Safety procedure manual is required to be prepared.
2. This means writing standard food safety procedures, from scratch, all procedures are required to be compiled to the required HACCP benchmark. The site specific information will be collected and given to you.
3. After you write the HACCP procedure, all the sections of this HACCP manual developed by you will be submitted to the independently audited by a 'contracted- government approved ISO Auditor', who will pass this.. OR find non-compliance requiring review and re-application.
[url removed, login to view] success of project will be dependent upon how accurate, relevant and precisely written these procedures are by you. You have to use your HACCP knowledge in customising it to this restaurant location.
5. 25% Payment Upon stage-1 (FIRST milestone is when I approve it as a DRAFT). I will allow a 20 % procedure mistakes, here-n-there, but all the nut bolts of this HACCP Manual shall be put it in place by you. This stage shall be about 95% error free word Documents and has to be in WORD format AND presented in a technical format typical to application.
6. 50% Payment Upon stage-2 (SECOND milestone as when I OKAY it as a FINAL-submission ready). I will only allow a 5 % procedure mistakes, here-n-there, but all the sections of this HACCP Manual shall be be finished by you. This level shall be 100% error free in all respect.

8. My role is to in consultation with you, facilitate development and assist you in gathering of information, as specifically requested by you. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND hospitality or HACCP specific-procedure development. To facilitate this writing, I will send requested photograph, interview people and reply you with answers to include it in the submission.
