What you’ll tackle: • Monitor my help desk or inbox during agreed hours. • Diagnose and resolve Windows software problems quickly. • Document each case with resolutions so future incidents are easier to solve. • Escalate any network or hardware matters you spot, but your core mission remains software support. To succeed, you should be comfortable with common remote-assistance tools, familiar with recent Windows versions, and able to translate technical fixes into language end users easily understand.
