Windows Setup does not label drives the way you do. Your data disk can appear as Drive 0 and your system disk as Drive 1, and the disk numbering can differ from what the BIOS shows. People delete the wrong partition at that screen every day. So before any media is written, we physically unplug the data drive. Install to a machine with only the system disk connected, then reconnect afterwards. It sounds crude and it removes the risk entirely. Two more things worth knowing. If your licence is a digital entitlement tied to the motherboard, it reactivates on its own and you do not need to hunt for a key. If it is an OEM key on a sticker, edition must match exactly or activation fails. A clean install typically runs 90 minutes to two hours, most of it waiting on drivers. I have bid near the bottom of your range because that is what the work is. Guided over Quick Assist, and I stay on the call until every device shows clean in Device Manager. What is the make and model of the PC, and is the current install Windows 10 or 11? That tells me whether TPM and Secure Boot need enabling in UEFI before we begin.
