On-Site USPTO Account Unlocking

I’m locked out of my MyUSPTO account and the usual password-reset route hasn’t worked. I need someone who already understands the USPTO login / two-step authentication flow—from TEAS and EFS-Web to the newer ID-based sign-in—and can meet me in Manhattan to troubleshoot directly on my workstation.
