The first thing I need is a thorough service of my Kent water purifier. Flow has slowed and the taste has changed, so I’m looking for someone who can open the unit, clean or replace the cartridges, flush the membranes, sanitise the housing, re-assemble it leak-free and verify the TDS is back within Kent’s recommended range. Please bring or specify genuine Kent-compatible consumables; I’ll approve any parts before you fit them. Once the job is done I’d like a short hand-written or digital note summarising what was changed, the final TDS reading, and the next suggested service interval. My second, less urgent request is some hands-on coaching to help me master a few Android phone features (backup, privacy settings and basic troubleshooting). If you’re comfortable adding that guidance after the filter is sorted, let me know; otherwise we can keep the focus purely on the purifier.
