Deskside Technician - Singapore & Philippines

I need an experienced deskside technician I can call in on a per-day basis to cover three locations: Taguig City, Philippines, and Singapore. When you are on site, you’ll be the second line of support for anything that lands on the user’s desk: • Diagnose and repair PCs, laptops, printers and other client-side hardware • Install, configure and patch Windows applications as well as in-house software • Restore or improve network connectivity at the desktop, tracing issues back to the switch if required. We keep a full set of tools, spare parts and imaging gear on each site, so you will not be expected to bring your own kit—just your know-how and a positive attitude. Because much of the troubleshooting touches switching and cabling, I’m specifically looking for someone who already holds the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) credential. Additionally, candidates should have experience with ServiceNow, Imaging Tools, configuring and networking Wi-Fi printers, configuring Microsoft 365 tools, and performing OS installations. Engagement is strictly freelance and paid by the day. Most call-outs are planned at least 48 hours ahead, but the occasional short-notice visit may pop up. Flexibility is essential to step in when our primary service engineer is unavailable due to leave.
