We are looking for Customer Service Reps with a Tech support background to identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
1. Availability during US Hours
2. Prior tech support (Software service company preferred).
3. Language: English (Fluent - Required) / Spanish (Optional)
4. iPad device preferred (not required)
5. Job Type: Full-time (40h per week)
Paid training period (about 3 weeks)
