I am looking for an IT Recruiter with intermediate-level experience. The recruitment process should make use of internet search and video interviews, and I am also willing to consider referrals from other sources. I'll need the recruiter to be knowledgeable about best practices in the field, understand the different types of positions available, and have the ability to determine if candidates will be a good fit for our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, be able to research and source candidates, and have the ability to craft attractive job postings. It is essential that the recruiter has the people skills to build relationships with both clients and candidates, and demonstrate a genuine understanding of the market.
