Recruit Rental Industry Support Staff

I need an experienced freelance recruiter to locate and pre-qualify talent for a Recruiter position dedicated to customer service hiring. The roles you will be sourcing for—starting with this Recruiter—must be able to operate in both full-time and part-time capacities, because our headcount plan mixes the two. Every candidate you present should already understand the unique pace and vocabulary of the rentals sector; prior exposure to property, vehicle, or equipment rentals is critical to how quickly they can add value. Timeline and volume are flexible, but my expectation is an initial shortlist of 5–7 qualified prospects within two weeks of kickoff and continued sourcing until we make a successful hire.
