Our small company is migrating to Office 365 E5 Cloud PBX and we've been trying to setup the system outselves. We've run into an issue that Microsoft Support cannot seem to fix (because they don't know anything about the Cloud PBX, Phone System, or Unified Messaging).
We are unable to record our Voicemail because the system does not recognize our dial plans. We do not know how to properly set up the dial plans and it's causing trouble with our ability to access our voicemail. Our problem is mostly centered around extension dialing. This should be a pretty simple job for someone who knows how to administer Office 365 E5 Cloud PBX.
We do not have an on-premise IP PBX. We are only using the Office 365 E5 Cloud PBX w/ PSTN calling plans.
We are serious about moving forward with this project. We'd like to hire someone to get this fixed today.
