MySQL georedundant HA klaszter

Details and architecture diagram are provided in the attachments. I would like to build an active-active, geo-redundant MySQL HA cluster across two separate physical sites, running on CentOS 10, Rocky Linux 10, or another stable RPM-based distribution you recommend. The goal is to provide the database service without downtime, with automatic failover and failback. Task details Install and tune the selected MySQL solution (Galera Cluster, InnoDB Cluster, or another technology that best supports an active-active model). Configure the required HA components, such as Pacemaker + Corosync or another recommended solution. Ensure an encrypted, high-bandwidth replication channel, but I do not require a dedicated VLAN or a VPN. Produce detailed, step-by-step documentation for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. Demonstrate with test cases that the cluster can successfully withstand a complete outage of one site, and then return to normal operation without data loss. It is a plus if you have experience with MySQL 8, Galera, keepalived, and load balancers such as HAProxy or ProxySQL (or similar components). Please share a brief approach, the recommended software versions, and an estimated timeframe. Optional (out of scope for this project) Design and implementation of a Zabbix HA cluster as a separate engagement. This is not part of the current project, but candidates who are interested in and experienced with Zabbix HA will have an advantage.
