1 Passwords must be changed every 90 days.
2 Account will be disabled if the user has not logged in for 180 days
3 Account will be locked for 60 minutes after 5 invalid logon attempts. Once locked, any further attempts would give an ‘account locked’ message to the user and close the connection. The message will be – your account has been locked for 1 hour starting at xx am/pm due to 5 successive unsuccessful login attempts. You can call the KIDS help desk to unlock your account immediately.
4 Cannot do install/uninstall.
5 Cannot see desktop
6 Cannot open folders apart from their agency specific folder. Same for files.
7 Staff will not have RDP access.
