We are looking for help to migrate a PostFix email server across to the google cloud. The office is in an central London location and on-site help is required to migrate the data off the server. We need someone to help with this ASAP. On this task is completed the company needs an on-going support person on a freelance basis. Should be a nice regular maintenance gig for the right person.

How much data migration is needed? What format is your current mail boxes? Are they mbox or Maildir? Google provides migration tool for its premium service customer. In future you may have to integrate this with you auth system (LDAP may be, if you have) , does this included in the bid?

I finished a project three months ago. I planned and migrated (accounts and mailbox content) 39,000 email accounts on our university (University of Fortaleza). Nowadays we're planning send teachers and staff accounts to Google too (around 4,500 accounts). I also created all scripts (in python) to do tasks like create, modify or delete accounts directly on our system. The time of project is directly proportional to the total of mailboxes.
