New online party supply store looking for customer service person to be available during business hours to respond to online chat requests, answer phone calls (unlikely to be very many, if at all), respond to customer service emails, as well as do daily FB postings. We are a start-up business so initially the work will only be a few hours per week but we hope / expect to need up to 20 hours per week next year and we are looking for someone whose availability and interests fit with those requirements. Our target customer is young mothers with children, so familiarity with marketing to this demographic a definite plus.
