Create a jquery 360 slider of a dog

Job Description:
I need someone to create a 3d rendering of a dog in jquery 360 slider that will fully implement into my technology. The dog is a basic design as attached below but needs to be able to spin and zoom in/out of and make markings on the image.
The purpose is to track any kind of unique marking on the dog.
I envisioned something similar to the nike is able to spin and customize their shoe.
