Nothing has been drafted yet, so the first step will be to shape a complete architectural concept that fits standard residential codes. From there, I’ll rely on you for full structural analysis, sizing all key elements—foundation, framing, roof, lateral systems—and confirming they meet local wind, seismic, and load requirements. Once the calculations check out, I’ll need a full set of construction blueprints: floor plans, elevations, sections, framing layouts, schedules, and detailed connection notes ready for permit submission. I work best when everything is neatly packaged, so please plan to deliver both editable CAD/BIM files (AutoCAD or Revit preferred) and a final PDF set.
