Analysis of a annular plate

Here is my problem:

Consider an annular plate which is simply supported at its outer lower edge. The plate is subjected to a uniform pressure 'p'. You need to find the minimum value of p that causes yielding. Plate is made of 1020 ductile steel.

If you think you can solve this with confidence(analytically) within the next 10 hours, only then bid/pm. I will then pm the values.

I do not have any problem in solving this, but I am too busy to do it.
