Extract suburb and postcode from XML using SQL

The XML file is attached. There 2 requirements for this work:

1. Provide a sql query which will give all the suburb name, postcode and state name stored in the <code> node, for example: <code value="ABBEYARD, 3737 VIC" /> in different columns. Consider that the xml is stored in a sql server table column with some name.

2. Provide all the suburb name, postcode ans state name in an excel file.

Need it within a day as it shouldn't be a big deal for someone with sql expertise
