Work Order Dispatch & Tracking Position Available - Bi-lingual Speaking Needed Spanish and English Required

We are looking for someone who can manage our work orders. We are a real estate management company. We have work orders that come in on a regular basis thru appfolio our property management software. The work orders are repairs and maintenance that need to be done on apartments for tenants. This position requires coordinating with the tenants to schedule the work to be completed and telling the contractors where to go. You will also be responsible for setting the schedule each week for the maintenance crew in the field. You will work directly with the maintenance techs in the field. You will need to speak Spanish to speak to the contractors and English to talk to the tenants. You will need to follow up with tenants to make sure the work was completed to the tenant's satisfaction. You will then close out the completed work orders in appfolio. We use [login to view URL], Appfolio, and Google Suite as our main software management tools.
