Full-Time Remote Spanish-English Medical Interpreter Needed (OPI)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Spanish-English Over-the-Phone Interpreter (OPI) to work full-time on a remote basis. This is a contractor position with consistent, ongoing call volume. What You'll Be Doing: Interpreting live phone calls between Spanish-speaking patients and English-speaking medical providers Handling calls across medical specialties including primary care, mental health, oncology, and more Maintaining accuracy, neutrality, and professionalism on every call Requirements: Fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual, not just conversational) Prior experience in medical interpretation (minimum 1 year preferred) Familiar with HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality standards Stable internet connection and quiet work environment Available for full-time hours (40 hrs/week) Must be reliable and punctual — calls are time-sensitive
