3D mechanical poll rope trainer ( finish the work )

Hello, i did a project about a portable pooling rope trainer. a "professional" drown me in blender file, all device, with full mechanical system, at first look all looked great. After send his files to all printer companies, all sent me problematic issues and it means that the files are not well done, or pieces sizes too small to print. this "professional" is always too much hard to contact and i have no more time to loose. So is needed redraw a part of my device changing the wheel/spring sizes, they are few changes to do but they are needed FAST ! THE BUILDING INSTRUCTIONS ARE NEEDED TOO, SO YOU NEED HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING.
I already lost all the time i had, so i am looking for someone totally free ASAP
