Separating the wheels into individual parts and keeping the body airtight are conflicting requirements: if the model needs to be airtight, the axles and wheel seats have to be designed with clearance for printing, otherwise everything will fuse together during printing. I've made CAD plugins and drawings for assemblies and tooling before. What scale do you need, and which printer are you using: FDM or resin?
