I have a simple task for you.
## Problem
Deploy an ERC-20 Stable Coin on the Rinkeby Test Network with the following protocols in Solidity:
1. It should be pegged to the Japanese Yen.
2. The token should have limited supply.
3. The token should burn half its supply in 2 days (or any period)
Include a small paragraph explanining your token and how it will function somewhere in your code

The content and data used is your choice.
You will be graded on:
- Readability of your Solidity code
- Simplicity in implementation
- Creativity in code structure
## Extra Credit
Incorporate Polygon in any way.
