Implementation of following paper in Lua:

1) $50 - initial 

2) $ 100 - Lua code for Hashing implemenation which is the core of their method.. which makes it unique/different from rest of the projects 

3) $ 160 - for Lua code within 10% accuracy of paper's accuracy 

4) $170 - working code for color images 

5) $ 320 - Accuracy withig 5% and training on 5 other datasets
