Create a Software for Cylinder Transaction Between Customer and our Company. 1. Software Overview : The software will be used to: - Manage customer accounts - Track cylinder inventory - Record sales and rent charges - Monitor security deposits - Maintain accurate business records - Cylinder transaction (Each cylinder has unique IDs) The software can be web-based (preferred) or based on your professional recommendation. #Core Module 1: Customer Account Creation Page: 1. This page is mandatory and must include the following fields: - Customer Details - Customer Name - Contact Number - Address - GST Number - Cylinder Type (for internal reference) - There are four types of Cylinder P/M/SP/Pn - Customer Backed by (reference/guarantor – optional but required field) (For internal reference) - Rate (per cylinder)(For internal reference) - Security Deposite Amount (For internal reference) 2. Rent Charging Details- Charge Rent: Yes/No - If Yes - Rent Amount (Rs per Day) (It can also start after some day) - If No - Automatically set rent to Rs0/Day 3. The system should automatically: - Save all customer data - Allow editing/updating later - Prevent duplicate customer entries (based on phone number) - Prevent duplicate cylinder Unique IDs entries #Module 2: Cylinder & Gas Type Management: 1. Multiple cylinder types 2. Multiple gas types 3. Different rates for different gases 4. Ability to add, edit, or deactivate cylinder types and gas types 5. Each cylinder is linked to: - Unique Id - Cylinder Type - Gas Type - Current Status (Empty or filled) # Module 3: Customer-Cylinder Allocation: 1. Assign one or more unique cylinder IDs to a customer Record:   - Date of issue   - Number of days issued 2. Automatic rent calculation based on days (if applicable) 3. Status tracking:   - With Customer   - Returned # Module 4: Factory Refill Tracking: 1. The system must track cylinder movement to and from the factory: 2. Sending cylinders to the factory:   - Unique cylinder ID   - Gas type   - Total Number of Cylinders   - Vehicle no. (from which cylinder has been sent to)   - At what Time and Date 3. Factory status dashboard showing:   - Total cylinders at the factory   - Cylinders pending refill   - Total Cylinders refilled and came back to us 4. Record:   - Date cylinders returned from factory   - Updated stock availability   - How many cylinders came back to us   - How many cylinder factory is holding 5. Create a Challan which will be sent to Factory (Mentioning each unique Ids and types), with print option # Module 5: Inventory Dashboard 1. Total cylinders in stock - Cylinders with customers - Cylinders at the factory - Cylinders available for dispatch - Cylinder-wise and gas-wise counts - How many cylinders are delivered today and to which customer # Module 6: Search & Tracking Feature (VERY IMPORTANT) 1. A powerful search function that allows searching by: - Unique Cylinder ID - Customer Name - Contact Number 2. The search result must show: - Account which is currently holding the cylinder - Issue date - Number of days issued - Current status (Customer / Factory / Available) - Full movement history of that cylinder # Module 7: Report & History: 1. Cylinder movement history (date-wise) 2. Customer-wise cylinder history 3. Rent & outstanding days report 4. Inventory summary 5. Factory refill reports # User Roles (Preferred) 1. Admin (full access) 2. Staff (limited access) # Preferred Skills & Experience - Proven experience in custom ERP / inventory software - Strong database & backend design skills - Experience with tracking systems using unique IDs - Understanding of GST and rent-based billing - Ability to suggest scalable architecture - Clear communication & milestone-based delivery # Deliverables - Fully functional software - Complete source code ownership - Database schema & setup - Deployment-ready build - Basic user guide - Post-launch bug fixing support # Timeline 1.
