Hardware: 1- A device to generate images and text, one image associate with one text file (max 20 bytes), image (max 2MB). 2- A computer (windows or linux) will use (ftp protocol to bring the files from device 1) when the application started and store the files in 2 separate folders (text and images, the text file have a reference to the location of the image file). 3- A GPS time server, to make sure time accuracy with time log and time stamp all files. The application start: 1- Operators adds his details at the beginning, location name, address, GPS location and time populated automatically from a GPS time serve, then the operator will start a session, a folder will be generated with this session number, date and time. All files transferred from device 1 will goes to the session folder, a security protocol may be used (MD5). Operator will end the session when he finish. 2- Another operator will start another session after 2 – 4 hours, will repeat step 1. 3- Another function in the application is to compare the text files in any 2 sessions and identify the matches’ text.
