I already have C# Onvif library and wpf control for showing livefeed from onvif cameras. Also have a Demo app which you can check before complete module send to you. My name is Mike, I am a certified MCPD developer with about 10 years in .Net, and most of them are related to video surveillance and ONVIF. I took a part in many projects that uses ONVIF for client and server sides, I was doing Onvif consumers, Onvif cameras, RTSP video streamers and encoders.
