Write C# for Binance API to database file

Write a script to collect pair data from Binance exchange and write this in database, .csv for instance. I need to be able to fill in API keys in script. The following data I require at first:
Price data (last, time, volume) Time has to be converted
Kline Candlestick (see Binance API info on Github)
Write data to two different files: Price data file and Kline data file.
Needs to be in C# so I can see in Visual Studio.
Suggestions are welcome, am willing to pay more with good suggestions.
