You are to implement your design specification from coursework 1 using Visual Studio. The implementation will be marked based on the following criteria. Implementation User interface (design, readability, usability) – 10% *Dynamically built task/event entry views – 15% XML reader/writer/database code (writes XML only then 5% max) – 10% Prediction view and prediction algorithm – 15% Threaded file writer method – 10% * By dynamically built we mean that you must ensure that your interface changes in response to user input. To achieve this you will have to program the components in your view in response to user input. A dynamic view would not be possible with statically designed forms using the form designer on its own. Report The report should contain two sections of 500 – 1000 words each: Design changes and reasons. (10%) During your implementation, situations will inevitably arise where you will need to modify your design. Document these modifications and give reasons for the changes in this report. Maintanability (10%) Also, give details of any design and implementation decisions you considered that make your application more maintainable.
