SSH in Qt for bypass router and firewall

I would like a simple application write in Qt (Last version) with Qt Creator.
This application is a chat client server (1 client, 1 server) using QSocket with SSH protocol.
I would like a way to bypass 2 routers and 2 firewalls.
I don't accept uPnP and port nat manual manipulation.

To bypass mentioned firewalls you have to use a port, which is actually opened. Usually ssh is using port 22, but it is also commonly closed. Many times the 443 (https) is a good option. Do you know which ports Plus
