Radixsort algorithm in MIPS Assembly / QtSpim [only function needed!]

First part of the project [coding]:

The goal of this project is to finalize the given code to a working MIPS assembly code.

I already got a main function which gives you an array of four, six digit numbers.

The array, passed to the sort function needs to be sorted with the radix sort algorithm ([url removed, login to view]).

The program needs to be executeable in QtSpim 9.1.17.

The function code needs to be commented

Second part of the project [runtime analysis]:

In this part of the project the goal is a *.txt with a runtime analysis answering the following questions:

- How many instructions does the program need to sort the array?

- How many ticks does it take to run the tool on a MIPS Single-Cycle Processor?

- How long does it take on a Multi-Cycle Processor?

Please specify which part of the project you want to do, of course I prefer someone doing both at a time.
