Interesting project! I have an interest in encryption and have made some similar cipher-based programs in the past. If I understand the job description, you're asking for text decryption using a known cipher. This should be very easy to implement and I should be able to do it quickly. If, however, you want to decrypt a file with an unknown cipher, unless the key is brute-forceable, that's beyond my abilities.

After reading your project description, I am very confident that I can develop that script perfectly which can decrypt the encrypted files as I have 3 years of experience in Python and I have read cryptography from books because of my interest towards it. Hello, I can develop the script for you. It will take a input as file and an encryption phrase, then to decrypt the file you have to use the same encryption phrase.

I use Pytho since 2010 (It was Python 2...) and part at its dev on GitHub project of language. It would be easy if you have an aidea of which code of encryption it is or you want to do. I have a library with more of 850 methods of encryption in Python and JAVA, so I know how to do it. I'm able to begin as soon as you want. I'm fast encoder, so I think I would do it until tomorrow ;)
