program - data - PDF to Excel

I have more than 20000 pdfs. I need a user friendly program that converts pdfs to excel (either VIA phyton or C++)

1) The program should convert the pdfs I chose from a list or a whole directory to excel sheets

2) each excel sheet should then be converted to a few excel sheets based on the information extracted in the initial stage.

I will provide examples

I don't want to install anything beyond the program, so please make it a user friendly
