c# Procedure writer software

This tool has to have a set of commands, which I will provide later, and the enduser should be able to select and add to the run sequence as many as they like of these commands. After the recording of the procedure is complete, they should be able to run it. This is an example of a procedure: 1 - Start 2 - Display a message and wait for a keypress 3 - Display a PDF file and wait for a keypress 4 - Give a value to an internal variable V1 5 - (Make a dll call. Get an acknowledgement. Timeout means: Stop the procedure) 6 - Wait x seconds 7 - (Make another dll call. Get a return value. Error value means: Stop the procedure) 8 - Record this value in a value matrix at x1,y1 coordinate 9 - Increase the value V1 as +10 10 - (Make a dll call. Get an acknowledgement. Timeout means: Stop the procedure) 11 - Wait y seconds 12 - (Make another dll call. Get a return value. Error value means: Stop the procedure) 13 - Record this value in a value matrix at x2,y2 coordinate 14 - Increase the value V1 as +10 15 - Display a message and wait for a keypress 16 - Stop The software has to have New, Load, Save options as well as Run option. I will provide the details of the concept. You have to design the interface and the runtime of the procedure. There will be approx 40 commands. Thank you
