I finished my Masters degree in Computer Vision from the University of Burgundy, France. I have experience in human detection and tracking, machine learning, scene segmentation, as well as basic image processing and signal processing, and experiance with Probabilistic Robotics, Autonomous Robotics with ROS.
Also, I have a 3 years experience with web development using Ruby on Rails and Python during my time before the masters.
Mainly nowadays, I use OpenCV on C++ and python, with QT GUI interfaces or without, and on a server with Python Flask as web server, as well as Matlab.
Beside my academic experience during the Masters, the freelancing projects I worked on were briefly (upwork and others):
- a QT toolbox for fast prototyping opencv functions, where you can dynamically apply different image processing functions on the fly and change their parameters.
- A QT face recognition software, along with human body detection and height estimation, based on the Single View Metrology.
- Simple cars counter and tracker, it counts the number of cars passing a street.
- Simple Image search engine, getting uploaded images from the user and comparing them to a database of images, sorting them by most similar images by comparing their HSV color histogram.
- Classifing reddit headlines by subreddit using bag-of-words and SVM, implemented with python scipy library.
