Write a script (Ubuntu Linux based)
We have a large document in Openoffice Writer in this document we want to personalise several parts with data from a database. After that document should be converted in PDF and send via Email to the recipient.
1. Enter Data in Database.
2. Look into database if there are new entries.
3. generate for each new entry the files and send as pdf
4. mark entries as sent.
could be solved as script.
