.Net library for predistortion printing process

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using .NET. I need a library or algorithm which calculates predistortion printing process. The inputs are STL and image (Jpg ,Tiff, png, Jpg 2000) files has the content of 3d terrain model. I will give some files to developer. The library will distort the image by using 3d stl file and output the final image. The main purpose of this process is print the distorted image over a pvc which is suitable for thermoforming processing. After thermoforming process the predistorted image over the pvc turns into non distorted image when looked from the top view. This link has some explanation for what we need.
