Hello. My name is David Jenkins and I've been a professional engineer for over a decade now. I'd generally personalize my proposals heavily based on the project's description, but your write-up is rather vague. To hopefully encapsulate the project requirements that I do understand - I started programming in C & C++ nearly 14 years ago, and have a very firm grasp of OpenGL's available APIs for those languages.
