2) Use Python function, diff(fm), to complete differential and a RC filter for FM demodulation.
3) Submit a project report consisting your Python codes and figures for waveforms and spectrum of modulations.
4) Based on your simulations, investigate that how noise impact the spectrum of AM/FM modulation and demodulation signals.
